With a mix of mostly older and a few newer pads, it plays well enough that you could play it as is for a while and either get it repadded soon, or have several pads replaced at regular intervals over the next few years. This is pretty minor and also very common on vintage saxophones. Besides some light lacquer wear, the only issue to mention is that the neck has been pulled down and then restored to the correct angle. These are excellent, professional tenors that are highly prized for their big complex tone, good build quality, excellent intonation, and all around satisfying playing experience.
